Daniel T. Rabbitt

Daniel T. Rabbitt received a B.S. in Commerce from Saint Louis University and a J.D. from Saint Louis University, graduating Cum Laude. He was admitted to the Woolsack Honor Society.

He is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois. He is also admitted to practice in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

He is a member of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, The Lawyers Association of St. Louis, The Missouri Bar, the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, the American Bar Association, the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, and the ATA Litigation Center.


He is the 2007 recipient of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis Award of Honor for trial excellence and a recipient of The Missouri Bar Foundation's Lon O. Hocker Memorial Trial Lawyer Award. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers; is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the Personal Injury Defense category; and is listed in Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers for Product Liability defense. His Martindale-Hubbell rating is AV - He has tried many significant cases. One of his most recent jury trials resulted in a defense verdict involving a double fatality claim against a truck company, which was affirmed on appeal.

He has presented numerous seminars for professional associations and has served on the board of several community organizations, including St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf, The Foundation for Special Education of Children, and the American Diabetes Association.

Claire Kemper Wasson

Claire Kemper Wasson received a B.S. in Community Health Education and Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002, graduating with high honors. In 2005, she graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law, in the top 25% of her class, with a J.D. and health law certificate.

While at the University of Illinois, she was a member of the Dean's List and Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society. During college, Claire volunteered at a local homeless shelter for battered women with children and at the American Lung Association. While in law school, she was the recipient of an Academic Excellence Award in Constitutional Law and a Dean's Academic Scholarship. Claire also participated in a summer study abroad program where she studied Comparative Products Liability Law in Madrid, Spain.

She is also a volunteer for the St. Louis Crisis Nursery.

John H. Marshall

John H. Marshall received a J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law after receiving a B.A. from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Southern District of Illinois, the U. S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

His Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating is AV. He has tried to a conclusion over 100 jury trials in state courts and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois and he has briefed and argued 36 appellate cases in state and federal appellate courts. He won 12 of his last 13 appellate cases.

John H Marshall
He has defended trucking companies and their drivers in tractor trailer/car accident cases, including a trucking company and its driver in a wrongful death trial in which he obtained a defense verdict and tractor trailer cases claiming improper loading resulting in rollover accidents. He has defended numerous railroad grade crossing personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has also defended product liability and premises security personal injury cases.

John has taught evening classes in the CPCU program and tort law in the University of Missouri Kansas City Law School's Annual CLE program.

Lawana S. Wichmann

Lawana S. Wichmann received her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 2002. While at the University of Missouri, she was a member of the Dean's List. In law school, she received academic-based scholarships. Additionally, she participated in the St. Louis University Legal Clinics for three semesters where she assisted in the representation of indigent clients and also completed mediation training and certification. She is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois. She is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Illinois Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

She has taught various legal classes at Sanford-Brown Business College. Her practice is dedicated to litigation.
